These Terms & Conditions govern use of the SnapScape mobile application and related services operated by SnapScape. Apple's Standard EULA applies to the app license unless a custom license agreement is added in App Store Connect.

1. Service

SnapScape is an AI-assisted landscape design application that allows users to upload outdoor photos, generate concept imagery, and create related planning outputs.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

3. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. Pricing, renewal terms, and trial details shown in the app and App Store product pages control. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the app, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to reverse engineer non-open-source components except where law permits.

5. User content

You retain rights in content you upload, but you grant SnapScape a limited licence to host, store, transmit, and process that content as necessary to operate the service, including through Firebase and Gemini-based processing.

6. AI output disclaimer

SnapScape outputs are conceptual only. They are not construction drawings, engineering advice, horticultural guarantees, or professional site assessments. You must verify dimensions, site conditions, plant suitability, drainage, access, compliance, and buildability before relying on any result.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Account termination and deletion

You may stop using the app at any time. Where account deletion is offered in the app, you may initiate deletion there. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, legal risk, or security reasons.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapScape is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free performance. SnapScape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
